GLP-1 Refunds and Guarantees: Read the Exclusions

A satisfaction guarantee, a weight-loss warranty and an order-cancellation policy are different promises. The directory labels below do not establish eligibility for a refund. Read the written conditions and identify exactly which payment is refundable.

Written terms change the comparison

Gimme’s refund policy permits cancellation before pharmacy dispensing or shipping. Once either has happened, medication cannot be returned. Other refund requests are discretionary, not guaranteed. A replacement for damaged medication is a different remedy from a cash refund.

Mochi’s terms, section 4 distinguish membership from medication. Partly used membership periods are not refundable as a rule, and medication fees become nonrefundable once the order is sent to a pharmacy. Cancelling future charges does not reverse an existing order.

Before relying on a guarantee, save its written terms: eligibility, required participation, claim deadline, excluded charges and whether the remedy is cash, credit or replacement. Neither example above is presented as an unconditional money-back offer.
