ClearMetabolic publishes a public corrections log for substantive edits to provider data, pricing claims, or clinical statements. Minor edits (typos, formatting) are not logged. Material changes are.

September 14, 2026: Trillium, savings-program comparisons and city labels

The Trillium review now distinguishes package totals, starter averages, one-time offers and refund restrictions. Unsourced Reddit endorsements, response times and pricing claims were removed. The copay comparison now explains current caps, renewal costs, PAP exclusions and Medicare Bridge limits, with direct official links instead of a provider promotion. City pages no longer present statewide in-person providers as local clinics or claim to rank every provider. Existing indexing exclusions are unchanged. These are public-source corrections, not tested patient experiences or clinical reviews.

September 14, 2026: Lavender Sky upfront costs and purchase restrictions

The Lavender Sky Health review now shows initial outlays, supply-length calculations, first-refill consultation requirements, California pharmacy restrictions and conflicting consultation-refund wording. We removed unsupported superiority and additive-benefit claims, an unsupported score and an overstated alternative endorsement. This was a public-source check, not tested treatment or clinical review; the original publication date is unchanged.

September 14, 2026: Gimme Care billing commitments and review scope

The Gimme Care review now separates advertised monthly equivalents from calculated three-month commitments and explains subscription cancellation versus order refunds. We removed unsupported pharmacy comparisons, stale review-platform proportions and an overstated “verified” alternative endorsement. No signup, treatment, delivery or refund was tested. The original publication date is unchanged.

September 14, 2026: Mochi review pricing and unsupported care claims

The Mochi Health review used outdated membership and medication prices and incorrectly implied that all prescribers were obesity-medicine specialists. We replaced these with linked public-source prices, calculated recurring subtotals, cancellation restrictions and explicit limits on what we checked. We removed unsupported clinical superiority, support ratings and personal-experience assertions. This was a public-source review; no patient signup or treatment was tested.

September 1, 2026: Stale Lilly Direct vial pricing and Wegovy self-pay figures

A scheduled pricing audit found three pages still carrying Lilly Direct self-pay vial prices from before Lilly's February 2026 price cut. Zepbound Cost in 2026 and Cheapest Tirzepatide Online listed Zepbound vials at $349-$699/mo (with 12.5mg and 15mg described as unavailable via vial), and the current price is $299/mo for 2.5mg, $399/mo for 5mg, and $449/mo for 7.5mg through 15mg, subject to a 45-day refill window on the higher doses. Mounjaro Cost in 2026 described a Mounjaro-branded Lilly Direct vial program at the same stale $349/$499 prices. Lilly's self-pay tirzepatide vials are dispensed only under the Zepbound label (its FDA-approved weight-management indication), so the page now makes clear that cash-pay Mounjaro pens transact near list price and the discounted vial route requires a Zepbound prescription. Wegovy Insurance Coverage in 2026 still quoted NovoCare Pharmacy's old flat $499/mo self-pay price and the retired "$0/mo for 13 fills" savings-card headline. NovoCare's current tiered pricing runs $149-$399/mo by formulation and dose, and the savings card is $25/mo with a $100/month cap. That page was also missing the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge, which now covers Wegovy for eligible beneficiaries at $50/mo through 12/31/2027. All four pages have been corrected and their verification stamps refreshed. Found during a scheduled monthly pricing audit.

August 26, 2026: STEP 8 trial misattribution on the Ozempic page

Our Ozempic medication profile described the STEP 8 trial as a comparison of semaglutide 2.4 mg against semaglutide 1 mg, and attributed a 12.2% weight loss figure at 68 weeks to the 1 mg dose. STEP 8 actually compared weekly semaglutide 2.4 mg against daily liraglutide 3 mg (15.8% vs 6.4% body weight loss at 68 weeks, JAMA 2022). The page has been corrected to cite STEP 8 accurately and now uses SUSTAIN trial data for 1 mg dose expectations. Found during a scheduled content review.

August 21, 2026: GLP-1 copay card savings caps

Our copay cards and patient assistance guide listed the 2025 manufacturer savings caps (up to $563 per fill for Zepbound, $573 for Mounjaro, and $500 for Wegovy) after both manufacturers reduced them for 2026. For commercially insured patients whose plan covers the medication, the current caps are $100 per 1-month fill for Zepbound ($1,300 annual cap), $150 for Mounjaro ($1,950 annual cap), $225 per 28-day fill for Wegovy (roughly $4,600 annual cap), and $100 per fill for Ozempic ($1,001 annual cap). The guide has been corrected and now carries an in-page correction notice. Reported by a reader. Thank you.
