Corrections
ClearMetabolic publishes a public corrections log for substantive edits to provider data, pricing claims, or clinical statements. Minor edits (typos, formatting) are not logged. Material changes are.
How to Report a Correction
If you find a factual error on any page, email hello@clearmetabolic.com with:
- The page URL
- The specific claim you believe is incorrect
- The source supporting the correct version (link or document)
We respond to factual-error reports within 7 days. Confirmed errors are corrected promptly and added to the log below. We do not adjust opinion-based content (review tone, ClearScore weighting, ranking position) in response to provider requests.
What Triggers a Logged Correction
- Pricing data that turns out to be incorrect or outdated by more than one billing cycle
- Provider attributes (states served, medications offered, insurance acceptance) that are misstated
- Clinical claims (dosing, side effect rates, contraindications) that contradict the FDA label or current peer-reviewed source
- ClearScore calculations that contained a data input error
- Misattribution of statements, citations, or quotes
