Who I Am

My name is Ash. I have been on GLP-1 medication since 2024, currently Mounjaro (tirzepatide), and I publish my own numbers instead of asking you to take my word for anything. I track body composition with DEXA scans every 8-12 weeks. My last scan: 181.6 lbs, 21.9% body fat. My target is 165 lbs at 13-15% body fat.

The site runs on data I maintain myself. The pricing index covers 93 GLP-1 telehealth platforms and clinics, and I re-verify prices every month. When I get something wrong, the fix goes into a public corrections log, not a silent edit.

Here is the part most health sites bury. ClearMetabolic has no medical reviewer. I will not rent a doctor's name to make these pages look more official than they are. Instead, every medical claim on this site links to a primary source (FDA labeling, the published clinical trials, or peer-reviewed research) so you can check the evidence yourself rather than trusting a byline.

Before starting GLP-1 treatment, I spent weeks researching providers, comparing prices, reading clinical trial data, and trying to figure out which platform was actually worth the money. So I built ClearMetabolic.
