Gimme Care Review: What to Check Before Paying

On September 14, 2026, we compared Gimme Care’s public pricing and refund policy and calculated the costs below. We did not complete signup, pay for treatment, test shipping or support, or independently verify a clinician or dispensing pharmacy. This is a purchasing-information review, not a clinical endorsement.

Monthly price versus billing commitment

Source for advertised rates: Gimme Care pricing. The final column is our arithmetic, not an observed checkout charge. The site says its price includes medication, clinician care, support, supplies and shipping, without a membership fee.

At unchanged monthly rates, three separate payments total $480 or $597 respectively: $90 or $108 more than the calculated quarterly amounts. That saving comes with a larger billing commitment. Do not assume a longer plan is better before you know whether the treatment and ongoing cost suit you.

Ask for the total charged today, the next charge date and the amount at renewal. Confirm any additional costs and what happens to an unused portion of a prepaid plan. We have not checked a patient-specific quote.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

The published refund policy says purchases are subscriptions unless checkout states otherwise. Subscription details and cancellation options are in the patient portal.

Orders can be canceled before pharmacy dispensing or shipping; afterward, medication sales are final. The policy instructs customers seeking cancellation before shipment to email promptly. Successfully canceled orders are described as refunded within five to ten business days. Other refund requests receive limited, case-by-case review, not a guaranteed refund. Damaged medication must be reported within 48 hours with photographs; the stated remedy is replacement if confirmed, with refunds only if replacement is impossible.

Our practical distinction: ending future subscription renewals is not the same as reversing an order already sent for fulfillment. Confirm both separately and retain written acknowledgment. We have not tested the cancellation process or refund timing, and did not establish an exact renewal cutoff for an individual account.

Availability and the care model

The provider’s FAQ advertises service across all 50 states and DC. It says most states allow initial review without a video appointment; Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and West Virginia require a brief video or audio visit. This describes the advertised process, not legal advice or guaranteed eligibility. A clinician determines whether to prescribe.

We have not verified which pharmacy, formulation or dose would be available to a particular reader. Ask for the dispensing pharmacy’s legal name and state licensing information before committing. A nationwide service claim does not answer those questions.

Is Gimme Care legitimate?

An operating website and published prices do not establish clinical quality. This review does not certify Gimme Care, its clinicians or its pharmacies. We removed the previous blanket endorsement of a “verified” alternative because it overstated the scope of our checks.

Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. FDA advises using them only when a patient’s needs cannot be met by an approved drug and obtaining prescriptions through a clinician and a state-licensed pharmacy. Trials of approved semaglutide or tirzepatide do not establish the quality or outcomes of a particular compounded product. FDA guidance.

How to compare before deciding

Use the same written questions for Gimme Care and any alternative:

• What is the complete bill today and at renewal, for my prescribed treatment?
• Which pharmacy will dispense it, and is it licensed for my state?
• Are required consultations, tests or dose changes extra?
• When must I cancel to stop both the next charge and the next order?
• Who handles a delivery problem or a clinical question, and through which channel?

The useful comparison is confirmed cost and service terms for your situation, not a headline price or a promise of easy approval. Our review leaves the clinical decision to you and your licensed clinician.
