What the starting price leaves unanswered
Before paying, request the exact medication and formulation, your total initial payment, renewal charge, cancellation deadline and refund policy if treatment is declined. We have not independently verified these transaction-specific terms. Do not assume the starting price applies to tirzepatide or every dose.
Compounded products and advertising history
Willow’s website states that compounded products are not FDA-approved. Results from trials of approved medicines do not establish equivalent outcomes for Willow’s compounded products.
The previous version of this page incorrectly dated an advertising referral to December 2026. BBB National Programs’ announcement was dated December 4, 2025. NAD found that Willow had not substantiated the challenged claims and announced a referral after Willow did not agree to comply.
There is a subsequent update: in its July 24, 2026 announcement, BBB National Programs reported that Willow had permanently discontinued the challenged claims during a reopened inquiry. That is an advertising-case update, not approval of the medicines or proof of their effectiveness.
Availability
The affiliate terms supplied to ClearMetabolic restrict promotion in AL, AK, AR, DE, KS, LA, ME, MA, MS, NM, ND, RI, SD, TN, UT, VT, WV and WY. Another section lists fewer states; we retain the broader restriction pending clarification. These terms do not establish clinical availability elsewhere.

Willow is worth comparing if you want online evaluation, but obtain a treatment-specific quote and understand the formulation before committing.
